This live webinar programme has been designed to enhance the performance of Educational and named Clinical Supervisor for trainees, and aims to sharpen their teaching and coaching skills. It aims to help with their own development as well as that of their trainees, and will make a valuable contibution to their PDP and revalidation portfolio. It meets the AoME standards and has been reviewed by the Academy of Medical Educators, and received their accreditation. Individuals who successfully complete this course will be eligible to apply via a shortened process for full membership of the Academy of Medical Educators.
