This live webinar has been designed for Senior Appraisers who are looking to develop their role as an Appraisal Lead, ensuring that all appraisers are up-to-date, trained and managed in their roles as appraisers. Delegates will explore the necessary skills and techniques used to improve appraiser learning, developing a coaching technique where appropriate, and learn how to establish a positive learning environment and engage appraisers in quality improvement as part of the culture to improve.
