This new 3-hour webinar is aimed at appraising Physician Associates and Anaesthetic Associates. The programme focuses on formalising documentation by reviewing learning needs from supervision and of the GMC – PA Shared Learning Outcomes. Delegates will discuss the requirements of annual appraisal as specified by the GMC for PAs and AAs, including supporting information, reflection, and the ability to write SMART objectives aligned with Good Medical Practice 2024 as part of their PDP.
This course is suitable for both PAs, AAs and other staff (medical and non-medical) who may be involved in appraising this group.
