To build on and consolidate your experience, knowledge and skills from supervising and teaching trainees, Supervisors attending this course should have a basic knowledge in the following areas or complete the optional Education and Clinical Supervision e-learning prior to attending the workshop: practical experience of clinical and/or educational supervision; the role requirements, documentation and work based assessments, responding to trainees in difficulty.
