This e-learning module will help you to understand how serious incidents are identified, and which incidents are classified as serious incidents and why. By the end of the module you will able to apply the 7 key principles of serious incident investigation and be able to identify the levels of serious incidents that can occur, as well as be able to support the development of a safety culture and appreciate the importance of learning lessons to prevent recurrence.
