Quality Assurance for Responsible Officers
Miad provides in-depth Quality Assurance of Appraisal and Revalidation, completed by independent specialists. Our process is specifically designed to support the Framework of Quality Assurance and Improvement (FQAI). As part of the QA the organisation’s previous year’s metrics are reviewed, alongside a complete review of policies and procedures, appraisal inputs and outputs and in-depth interviews to substantiate our findings. The final report features a recommended improvement plan based on findings from each of the processes.
