We never collect security information related to the credit or debit card account that you use to make purchases from our website. Because we use PayPal to process all of our orders and fatfreecartpro and e-junkie to host our shopping cart, you can shop with the security of knowing that we never even see your credit or debit card information.


How we use information

Providing personal information is up to you as it is a voluntary choice.  Personal information is used solely by us and we do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete your order. We may use your email address to send you relevant updates on our new products or services, however you can easily unsubscribe from these at any time. Your access login details will also be sent to the email address provided by you.

We use non-identifying and aggregate information to better design our website and to share with advertisers through Google analytics. Refund Policy

Workshops

Where any agreement for the provision of services is cancelled or postponed by you ‘The Client’ the company shall be entitled to claim payment as follows:

  • Cancellation or postponement more than 28 days before the provision of the agreed services – no fee
  • Cancellation or postponement between 14 and 28 days before the provision of the agreed services – 50% of the fee
  • Cancellation or postponement within 14 days of the provision of the agreed services – 100% of the fee

E-Learning

If you are unhappy with your e-learning purchase for any reason then we are happy to refund your money as long as certain conditions have been met. There may be an administration fee charged if you have already logged into the Dynamic Learning Hub. Additionally, if you have completed the course we hold the right to refuse a refund. This claim must be raised within seven days of purchasing the course.
