Overview
The Bullying, Harassment and Unconscious Bias course delivered by Miad Healthcare is designed to support understanding of bullying, harassment and unconscious bias within the workplace. This programme explores the definitions of bullying and harassment, relevant law and policy, and the themes, differences and escalation associated with these behaviours. The course examines unconscious bias in the context of responsibility and introduces concepts such as locus of control and the Thomas Kilmann conflict management model. Delegates will also develop skills in assertive communication, explore formal feedback structures, and work through scenarios to build confidence in addressing challenging behaviours and improving communication.
