Differential Attainment

The Differential Attainment course delivered by Miad Healthcare is designed to develop understanding of differential attainment within clinical education and training. This programme defines differential attainment and explores patterns of progression and outcomes for different groups of doctors. The course examines contributing factors, including challenges faced by Black and Minority Ethnic doctors and International Medical Graduates, alongside relevant guidance, legislation and key research. Delegates will gain insight into evidence-based approaches to supporting fairness, diversity and inclusion within clinical education, and consider practical strategies to address barriers to progression and promote equitable training outcomes.
