Overview
The Educational Leadership course delivered by Miad Healthcare is designed to support those working in educational and clinical supervision roles. This programme explores the wider educational landscape and external environment, revisits leadership theories, and applies leadership concepts to motivate Educational Supervisors and Clinical Supervisors. The course examines the educational appraisal process for supervisors, including managing appraisals effectively in line with revalidation requirements. It also focuses on developing leadership skills to support meaningful developmental conversations, managing challenging discussions, and supporting trainees in difficulty through the use of case studies.
