Overview

The How Teams Work Together course delivered by Miad Healthcare focuses on developing an understanding of effective teamwork and its importance for patient safety. This programme explores what makes a successful team and examines the different roles that exist within teams and the impact these roles can have on others. The course also considers factors that influence teamwork, including team relationships, groupthink and social styles. Delegates will learn how to recognise and promote positive team behaviours and develop adaptability as a tool for influencing team performance, supported by case examples, role play and discussion.
