Leadership, Managing People and Building Teams

The Leadership, Managing People and Building Teams course delivered by Miad Healthcare is designed to support individuals in developing effective leadership and management skills. This programme explores the NHS Leadership Model and examines what makes a successful leader, helping delegates identify and reflect on their own leadership style. The course highlights the importance of teamwork and the characteristics of successful teams, while also focusing on motivation, self-awareness and situational leadership. Participants will develop practical skills in coaching and giving effective feedback, including the use of the GROW coaching model, and will explore the role of the leader as a coach within leadership roles and responsibilities.
