Overview
The Negotiation and Influencing Skills course delivered by Miad Healthcare is designed to support individuals in developing confidence and capability in negotiation and influencing within the workplace. This programme explores the key principles of negotiation, what makes negotiators effective, and how beliefs and values can influence negotiation behaviour. Participants examine different negotiating styles, behaviours, strategies and outcomes, alongside the stages of the negotiation process, including identifying needs and variables.
