Overview
The Sexual Safety, Bullying & Harassment course delivered by Miad Healthcare is designed for supervisors and doctors who wish to better understand the impact of bullying, harassment and sexual harassment in the workplace. This programme is informed by Good Medical Practice 2024 and focuses on sexual safety within team management, team interaction and diversity. The course explores the work of the National Sexual Safety Collaborative and supports delegates to understand legislative responsibilities, organisational processes and individual accountability.
