Miad provides an independent, premium medical appraisal service for consultants, clinicians and physicians who hold a GMC licence to practise and require an annual appraisal that meets GMC requirements.
With 10+ years’ experience, Miad delivers this service to support:

Responsible Officers (RO) within independent organisations.

Overseas and medical appraisees not connected to a designated body.
Miad understands the importance of supporting the appraisee from preparation through to completion and submission of their appraisal portfolio. We also ensure the process is robust, with clear systems to assure the Responsible Officer of a fair and transparent appraisal.
As part of the service:

Full access to an IT Revalidation Management System is provided for both the appraisee and the RO.

The appraisee is assigned a Miad Healthcare trained and experienced appraiser.
