The Appraisal of Junior Doctors - MH23.3 delivered by Miad Healthcare is an e-learning programme that looks at the definition of the educational appraisal, examines how it is structured, and the roles and responsibilities of those involved. It will explore how important reflection is as part of the appraisal process, the roles that assessment and self-assessment play, and how best to communicate feedback during the appraisal, as well as appreciating the role of the appraiser when completing the PDP.
