The Educational & Clinical Supervision delivered by Miad Healthcare is a 4 hour online webinar, essential for training for any physician stepping into the role of educational or clinical supervision. It covers the key responsibilities of the role and provides a theoretical basis for different learning styles and training in a multi-generational workforce. In addition, it provides practical guidance to manage and give effective feedback to trainees as well as supporting them with reflection. The webinar itself is interactive using discussion, video clips and skills practise to convey the information. There is also additional e-learning to supplement the learning.
