- Review the AOME areas and discuss how supervisors might cover these.
- Understand the theory of SLEs and share experiences of their use Watch a video of a SLE being carried out Consideration of the reflective practitioner and what types of questions will support improved reflection by trainees Look at the practical use of some models for giving feedback Enable effective feedback by increasing understanding of the outcome desired and how this might best be achieved in different circumstances.
