- Practice applying learning to your workplace and define steps you can take to minimise patient risk and promote patient safety(Heads up – you will need to think of an incident you have been involved in to apply this to at the end of the session)
Overview
The programme will consider the definition of human factors and aims to equip doctors to recognise and respond effectively to non-clinical factors which contribute to performance in themselves and in teams and systems. It is suitable for any doctor looking to understand effective steps they can take to improve patient safety in their own practice and in the organisation in which they work
