This interactive training programme is designed for NHS Professionals stepping into the role of case investigator, equipping them with essential skills for investigating performance concerns.
The training will be delivered by a Director of Clinical Governance and clinician who is also a governance leader with extensive experience in patient safety, clinical governance and investigations. Her expertise spans risk management, complaint handling, and quality improvement.
