This Educational Leadership programme which is accredited by the Academy of Medical Educators has been designed to support Educational Supervisors in developing the knowledge, skills and behaviours required to lead effectively within contemporary healthcare education settings. The programme draws upon the Academy of Medical Educators Professional Standards, the NHS Leadership and Management Framework, the NHS Ten Point Plan and the recommendations arising from the Postgraduate Medical Training Review (2025).
