- To identify and understand assessment along with exploring some of the key principles of the assessment process.
- To understand who can carry out WPBA and identify the different assessment tools used.
- To observe real interactions between trainees and patients whilst simultaneously checking performance against assessment criteria for MSF, Mini CEX, DOPS, CbD and ADEPT.
- During these interactions you will be asked to rate the trainee’s performance and consider feedback.
- You will also review how, as the educational/clinical supervisor, you will be using and relying on the feedback from the WPBA and SLE in order to perform your role as an educational supervisor.
