Christiane Shrimpton is a practising ophthalmologist with extensive experience across clinical practice, medical education, and professional development. Alongside her clinical work, she has held several senior roles in medical education, medical appraisal, and clinical leadership.

Christiane has regularly designed and delivered training programmes for clinicians at all stages of their careers. Her work has included faculty development and “train the trainer” sessions, appraiser training and refresher programmes, as well as clinical leadership development initiatives.

As a facilitator, Christiane is particularly passionate about supporting others in their personal and professional growth. She is committed to creating reflective, engaging learning environments that enable clinicians and leaders to develop with confidence and clarity.
