Martin Smith has over 30 years’ experience in the learning and development field and has built a reputation for delivering fun, engaging and interactive workshops. He has worked with Miad and the NHS for over 12 years.

Martin’s aim is for participants to leave his workshops thinking differently about how they can positively change what they do. He is a full member of the Institute for Leadership & Management and the Association for Coaching, and is accredited in PRISM Brain Mapping, Extended DISC, Strengthscope and MiRO Psychometrics.
