Minakshee Patel is the owner of Minakshee Patel Consultancy and works as an Equality, Diversity and Inclusion specialist, organisational development coach, and MindSonar® practitioner. She has over 30 years’ experience working across the NHS, local authorities, social care, voluntary sector and private sector organisations.

Her work focuses on helping individuals, teams and organisations embed Equality, Diversity and Inclusion into everyday practice through training, policy development and coaching. Minakshee is motivated by using EDI to support best practice and by helping people build awareness, confidence and capability so they can work more effectively and reach their full potential.
