Pam Strange is a registered nurse who has worked in a wide range of clinical and education roles throughout her career. She was appointed Director of Clinical Governance and Quality in a large Trust, a role she held for ten years.

Pam now works as a consultant with Miad Healthcare, facilitating training courses in patient and staff safety and clinical governance, completing quality assurance reviews and supporting development programmes in primary care. She has also completed the HSSIB course ‘A systems approach to investigating and learning from patient safety incidents’ and works with clinical teams to carry out system reviews where an independent approach is required.
