Steve is a Leadership Development Consultant with over 15 years’ experience in the corporate sector, leading international and multicultural teams in the Fast Moving Consumer Goods sector. An engineer by background, he spent time in Project Management, Marketing Innovation and Learning and Development, where he developed a strong interest in the challenges leaders face when transitioning from specialist or technical roles into leadership positions involving real, virtual and dispersed teams.

After completing an MSc in Executive Coaching, Steve established his own consultancy focusing on one-to-one coaching for transitioning leaders, group coaching for large-scale leadership development, and team coaching with intact teams to support high performance.

He has worked in the NHS sector since 2012 with a clear focus on leadership development. As part of his portfolio, Steve is an Associate Professor at the University of Birmingham and a faculty member on the Healthcare Leadership Masters programme (Elizabeth Garrett Anderson).
