The Appraisal - MH01.5 delivered by Miad Healthcare is an e-learning programme looks at the background and purpose of appraisal and revalidation, examining how it is structured, the roles and responsibilities of those involved and the process itself, and incorporates the latest Medical Appraisal Guidelines (MAG) and best practice from NHS England. It covers the appraisal meeting and what it will entail, as well as how to understand both the inputs and outputs to appraisal, and how to produce a focused and SMART Personal Development Plan. This module is suitable for both new appraisers and doctors.
