The General Medical Council (GMC) released its Good Medical Practice 2024, and one of the key changes in the new guidance is the inclusion of a specific section on sexual harassment. This programme is aimed at both supervisors and doctors who wish to understand more about the impact of bullying and harassment and sexual harassment in the workplace, particularly when dealing with team management, team interaction and diversity issues.
During this course you will learn of the work of the National Sexual Safety Collaborative (SSC) and through sensitive and impactful discussion, the practical steps you can take to lay the foundations for good practice and to build the capability to improve sexual safety. In a safe environment, you will be given the tools, strategies and resources to support you and your team, and how you can contribute to the prevention and intervention of such events.
