Today’s doctors are increasingly expected to show leadership skills and work successfully with colleagues and patients to achieve positive outcomes. This 4-hour webinar provides an introduction to leadership, management and team building and uses a combination of questionnaires, group discussion and exercises to help delegates understand their own working and leadership styles as well as team dynamics.
The programme also includes a MiRo psychometric questionnaire and report which delegates will receive prior to the course. During the webinar the facilitator will then discuss the results and what the advantages of the particular behavioural modes are and what some of the potential pit falls might be too. It will give you tips on communication and dealing with people with other behavioural preferences, and how this affects relationship building and leadership styles.
