To make Revalidation an effective and beneficial process, this e-learning module has been designed to support nurses and midwives develop their knowledge and skills in writing reflective accounts, understand and link the Code of Practice to their reflective accounts and to develop skills as reflective discussion partners. This is an inter-active e-learning programme that will take registrants step-by-step through the theory of learning to prepare for revalidation, writing a reflective account and conducting a reflective discussion. Video clips of an actual reflective discussion have been included, illustrating application of appraisal and coaching skills.
A short assessment is included at the end to reinforce learning principles.
