Patient and Staff Safety – MH41.1

This e-learning programme will take you through the new approach of the Patient Safety Incident Response Framework (PSIRF).  It focuses on the Patient Safety Strategy, which aims to create a safer culture, safer systems, and safer patients, whilst also exploring the just culture guide.  It will look at structures that enable you to learn and change practice quickly, and support structures that will assist real change to happen.
