The programme will be split with time in between each webinar for the delegates to practise the skills involved in mentoring. Delegates select a student/trainee or new member of staff to apply the mentoring skills learnt on the programme. A MindSonar assessment is completed prior to the first webinar for delegates to gain a greater understanding of their individual differences and preferences.
The programme will be accredited by the AC (Association for Coaching) to encourage staff to become mentors and to recognise the skills and knowledge they will gain. The skills obtained within the programme will be applied between the sessions and discussed during the second webinar.
