This interactive, one-day training program is designed for NHS professionals stepping into the role of case investigator, equipping them with essential skills for investigating performance concerns.
The training will be delivered by a previous Regional Medical Director/Higher Level Responsible Officer and Deputy Chief Inspector of Hospitals at the CQC with extensive experience in leadership, management, quality assurance, and clinical service peer review and will be co facilitated by an experienced former detective, who has a wealth of experience of investigative practices for HR, tribunal, civil and criminal investigations. offering practical training in a wide range of investigative skills, including Investigative interviewing, Case management and Disclosure.
