Understanding Business Planning – MH10.2

This e-learning course will examine how the NHS is financed, and shows how the CLCF is linked to business planning. You will be taken through the important elements of a business case, and shown the process, complete with business case templates so that you can draft a business case in a logical format. Also covered is the use of analysis tools including SWOT and STEEP.
