This e-learning programme looks at mentoring and coaching skills to support personal and professional growth for both doctors and dentists.

It will explore both the similarities and differences between a coach and mentor and what qualities they possess. You will work with models and theories to explore styles of coaching, and examine how personality influences your natural approach and how to adapt to your coachee/ mentee.
